Turbine SL Stem

Buy Now

One stem. Two solutions.

Designed for up to 140mm travel bikes, Turbine SL gives riders the choice of running a negative (-6mm) or positive (+6mm) offset. Whether you prioritize XC efficiency or comfort and descending confidence, this is a stem that matches your bike’s versatility.

Short travel is cool again.

Turbine SL’s default orientation is negative offset, giving riders better climbing control and pedaling efficiency. In this orientation the stem’s top surface is completely flat, offering aesthetic appeal and an ideal surface for headset spacer-style or "over-the-stem" cycling computer mounts. Available in lengths up to 60mm.

Level-up your little bike.

Flip Turbine SL for a +6mm offset stem and a 12mm boost in cockpit height (compared with negative orientation), without adjusting the position of headset spacers. A higher cockpit encourages a more capable and confidence-inspiring descending position. It also lets riders sit more upright and comfortably when pedaling.

XC Efficiency. Trail Confidence. Exceptional utility.

Turbine SL matches the versality of modern short travel bikes. It brings adjustability, tunability and aesthetics to more riders. It’s damn light, looks great and it’s ready to go big on little bikes.

What is the maximum system weight rating?

The Turbine SL Stem has a robust System Weight Rating of 130kg (286lbs).

This high rating confirms its durability and suitability for demanding use, including its certification for Trail riding (Condition 4) and compatibility with full-power e-bikes.

Does this stem include torque specifications for installation?

Yes, for your convenience and safety, the 5Nm (45in-lbs) torque specifications are laser-etched directly onto the stem. This ensures you have the correct information readily available during installation for a secure and professional setup.

Does the anodized finish come in multiple colors?

Yes, the Turbine SL Stem is available in a variety of high-quality anodized finishes designed to help you customize your bike’s look. You can choose from the following color options:

  • Black
  • Kashmoney
  • Orange
  • Red
  • Silver
  • Blue
Does the flippable design optimize cockpit tuning?

Yes, the Turbine SL Stem features a unique flippable design that allows you to easily adjust your cockpit setup for optimal performance or comfort. This provides two distinct offset positions of +/- 6mm, enabling precise tuning for different riding styles:

  • Negative Offset (-6mm): Orienting the stem downward favors an aggressive position, optimizing for XC efficiency and better climbing control. This setup also provides a clean, flat top surface for easy computer accessory mounting.
  • Positive Offset (+6mm): Flipping the stem upward provides a 12mm height boost over the negative orientation, resulting in a more comfortable, upright riding stance that enhances descending confidence.

Note that the stem maintains a consistent 40mm stack height regardless of the orientation chosen.

Does this stem support computer mounts?

Yes, the Turbine SL Stem is designed to accommodate cycling computer mounts cleanly.

When configured in the negative offset (-6mm) orientation (optimized for XC efficiency), the stem provides a completely flat top surface. This flat surface is ideal for mounting cycling computers or other accessories directly over the stem for a clean cockpit setup.

Does this stem suit minimalist bike builds?

Yes, the Turbine SL Stem is designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Its sleek, CNC-machined silhouette and uniform anodized finish provide a clean look that complements high-end performance setups without unnecessary bulk.
