Have been sent the wrong bolts for my Race Face chainring. No problem- these things happen, especially with things as tiny as bolts. However, I wrote two friendly emails asking for a replacement, and am waiting for weeks now to only receive a reply. I really like all Race Face products I had in the past, but currently doubt I will order anything, since Race Face's costumer service seems literary non-existent these days.
