Aeffect R Crankset

Forged 7050 AL gives this crank phenomenal strength, earning it an Enduro rating at a lighter than expected weight and is available in a 165mm length.
Black To The Future
Even if your crankset will inevitably get covered in scratches, dust, and mud, this black satin finish does really tie the ride together nicely.

I purchased Aeffect R Crankset to go with a new BB, and Oval chainring. My customer service rep was able to let me know exactly what I needed to make everything work.
I've had these cranks a couple weeks but don't have my frame yet, so I haven't installed them. I've gotten about 8 emails asking me to review them, so my review is they look really cool.
Loving these new cranks. Easy to install, and feel solid under the feet.
It's hard to believe such great products can me made at such affordable prices! 7050 forged cranks for under 200$ new! Would have been happy to pay 300$ for this. I am upgrading from old school ISIS cranks. These literally took a pound of weight off my bike and are stronger too. Every little detail is awesome. The smaller profile edges give more ground clearance while pedaling. Super mechanically friendly, strength where you need it, weight savings where you don't. Only thing I am going to complain about is it runs a regular 24mm bb which is fine, but it says these are cinch cranks and i paid a bunch extra to buy the cinch 30mm bb. Would be good if they add a bb option menu with all compatible bbs. Website issue, not crank problem.
The only other RF cranks I have experience with are the normal aeffects, these feel much stiffer. Much more appropriate for aggressive riding. So far I have no complaints about them.
