Great Product and Outstanding Customer Service

I’m extremely happy with my Race Face Covert Knee pads! They’re comfortable, well-designed, and provide excellent protection without sacrificing mobility. The quality is impressive, and the sizing was spot on! They fit exactly as expected, which is always a huge plus when ordering riding gear. They give me added confidence when hitting the trails, and I’m looking forward to getting plenty of use out of them on future rides.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to the Ride Fox team for their wonderful customer service! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was friendly, helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. It’s refreshing to deal with people who take pride in what they do and go the extra mile to make their customers feel valued. That kind of service really makes a difference and makes me happy to support the business.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the buying experience. The Race Face Covert Knee pads deliver on comfort, fit, and quality, and the Ride Fox team made the entire experience even better. Great gear, perfect sizing, and fantastic customer service. What more could you ask for?

Highly recommend the Race Face Covert Knee pads and the Ride Fox team! 🤘

XXL is too small

These are exactly what I've been looking for when it comes to basic protection for aggressive/technical XC riding (I have bigger pads for gravity rides). I followed the size chart, but unfortunately even the XXL pads are too small for me. I'm 183 cm and 99 kg with an athletic build, apparently not part of their target market. I'm going to have to return them - bummer.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for the Covert Knee product. We are sorry to hear that the XXL size did not provide a proper fit for your needs. We understand the frustration of finding gear that fits. Our customer service team is always happy to assist with any sizing concerns and we encourage you to reach out to them for further assistance. We appreciate your feedback and hope to provide a better experience in the future.

super good rider

These pads look great in the photos, but unfortunately they are basically useless.
They fit small and it appears that the d30 inside went on a diet or something to save costs. The fabric seems over done considering the amount of protection. I had expected them to be of similar quality to my fox ones. Skip them!!!

Hey,

Sorry to hear you aren't a fan of the Covert Pads! These were designed with lightweight XC / Trail use in mind, and are only abrasion resistant rather than being a heavy duty piece of protection. This helps keep them light, breathable, fit underneath trousers and feel better while pedalling.

If you're looking for something a bit heavier duty, maybe check out the Indy range!
Regards,
Race Face Canada
